Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product details at any time.

When you place an order through the Zazzlers website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order will be considered accepted once:

• Online payment has been successfully completed and verified; or
• A Cash on Delivery order has been successfully placed and accepted by Zazzlers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• Delivery restrictions
• Technical or system errors

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices displayed on the Zazzlers website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotional pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully accepted.

Online payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway, such as Razorpay.

Customers may also select Cash on Delivery (COD) where this option is available for the relevant order and delivery location.

Zazzlers does not store customers' complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers. Payment information is processed through the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and security practices.

Cash on Delivery is currently available only for deliveries within Kota, Rajasthan. Orders delivered outside this area must be paid for online at checkout.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Zazzlers reserves the right to restrict or disable COD availability for particular locations, products, order values, or customers.

Zazzlers ships within India, subject to product availability, courier service availability, destination restrictions, and applicable laws.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Shipping method
• Courier service
• Public holidays
• Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Any estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the website is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Zazzlers accepts returns only for genuine size-related issues, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the order for an eligible size issue.

Products must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or removal of original tags may not be eligible for return. Returns for reasons other than eligible size-related issues may not be accepted.

You may cancel an order yourself from My Orders while it is still pending, paid, or processing. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

If the cancellation option is no longer available and you still need help, contact us at huaalif776@gmail.com. Such requests are not guaranteed and will be considered at Zazzlers' discretion.

Where a refund is approved under the applicable Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be processed through the designated refund method.

For eligible online-payment refunds, refunds will be made to the customer's UPI account or through the applicable payment/refund mechanism.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank or UPI service.

Shipping charges and other third-party charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. This may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• Payment-related information required by the payment provider

Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through their account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India and the State of Rajasthan, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws.
