Shipping Policy

At checkout you can choose from the following delivery methods:

• Standard delivery — delivered in 3–4 working days. Free on orders of ₹499 and above; ₹49 on orders below ₹499.
• Express delivery — ₹99, prioritised dispatch. This charge applies to every order and is not waived by the free-shipping threshold.

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1 working day of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email and an in-app notification at each stage — placed, processing, packed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. We may also message you on WhatsApp about your order.

We currently ship across India. Cash on Delivery is available only for selected locations — where it isn't available, the option is hidden at checkout and the order can be paid for online instead.

You can track the status of your order at any time from My Orders. Once your parcel is handed to the courier we add the courier name and tracking number to your order, and they appear on that page.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at huaalif776@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
